Honey Whole Wheat 3 ingredient bagels

These bagels come together with just 3 ingredients and are the perfect week day breakfast paired with some scrambled eggs.

Ingredients

  • 1 c whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 egg white beaten for the topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F
  2. In a bowl sift the flour, baking powder and salt together to combine well.
  3. Add in the yogurt and honey and mix until the dough has formed
  4. Knead the dough until smooth, about 3 minutes
  5. Cut the dough into 6 pieces and roll each piece into a thin log. pinch the log into a circle with a hole in the middle.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and brush with the beaten egg white.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.
