3 Ingredient Honey Whole Wheat Bagels

Honey Whole Wheat 3 ingredient bagels
These bagels come together with just 3 ingredients and are the perfect week day breakfast paired with some scrambled eggs.
Ingredients
- 1 c whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 egg white beaten for the topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 F
- In a bowl sift the flour, baking powder and salt together to combine well.
- Add in the yogurt and honey and mix until the dough has formed
- Knead the dough until smooth, about 3 minutes
- Cut the dough into 6 pieces and roll each piece into a thin log. pinch the log into a circle with a hole in the middle.
- Place on a baking sheet and brush with the beaten egg white.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.
